Baileys Coffee Frappe
50 ml Baileys Irish Cream
1 Blend two heaped teaspoons of instant coffee with one small cup of boiling water. Use 60mL of this liquid to make one Baileys Coffee Frappe. Blend all ingredients with 2-3 ice cubes. Garnish with coffee beans.

... enough of the good stuff and because our coffee was stronger. The Baileys was a nice addition and all of this worked well together, DH said however that I could easily skip the honey next time, the Baileys makes this sweet enough. Please see my Rating System: 4 yummy stars for an easy to make and one that I will treat DH to every now and again as a change from his usual way of enjoying a wee.....
Not much to say about this but YUM! I used only Baileys as that was strong enough for me. I will definately make this again! Made for ZWT4 for the Tastebud Tickling Travellers.

My friends & I used to make this to drink on hot summer nights - great grown-ups icecream shake! I add the Baileys to taste, 1/2c is just an approximation - depends whether the girls are in a good mood or not!
1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
2 Add the strawberries, icecream, Baileys & Kahlua & pulse until well combined.

...... I made these to give out as christmas presents. They are delicious! (I had to taste test a couple of course...) I made three batches - 1 white chocolate with baileys, 1 milk choc with cointreu and 1 dark chocolate with brandy and mixed dried fruit. They were all equally yummy - the brandy and dried fruit tasted like a christmas pudding truffle - I highly recommend trying it! I know everyone...
